Anno 1800 gets update 14.2 today. As Ubisoft Mainz announces on the building game website, the new patch will be available for download in the afternoon. The exact time is already available: The downloads start at 2 p.m. Many changes or new features are not to be expected with the update, the focus is primarily on bug fixes and optimizations. For example, as the patch notes reveal, update 14.2 fixes an issue that incorrectly unlocked all in-game achievements with the Seed of Hope DLC.
Update 14.2 for Anno 1800 today
“This fix affects existing saves and corrects your achievements according to the overview in Ubisoft Connect,” the developers say as a note in the patch notes for Anno 1800 Update 14.2. Also, after the update download, it should no longer happen that the scenario “The Silver Cage” is missing three clay pits on the southeastern island. The update does not seem to include any other changes and innovations.
Season 4 started
The patch follows update 14.1, which has been available since early May. With the update, the developers reduced the Production time of the fertilizer plant from five minutes to 30 seconds. Also, after the patch download on Intel Core i9-10980XE CPUs, it should no longer happen that Anno 1800 (buy now €13.99 / €53.99) won’t start and gets stuck in a black screen. The first DLC from Season 4 for Anno 1800 was released in mid-May.
