CI Games (CIG) announced today that it has made a tender offer to buy all remaining shares of United Label, a publishing label best known for Tails of Iron and Röki. The buyback offer is PLN 18.02 ($4.08) per share in cash. The offer represents a 14.8% premium to the latest closing price as of Monday, May 16, and values United Label at PLN 22.98 million ($5.2 million). CI Games owns 78.5% of United Label.
