French studio Spiders is working on the second part of the role-playing action game GreedFall. The game will be released in 2023 on PC and consoles.
In a press release from Spiders and publisher Nacon, it is noted that the release of the second part of GreedFall was actively requested by fans. At the same time, the developers reported that sales of the first game exceeded 2 million copies.
In the sequel, players will explore the old continent. Players are looking forward to meeting new companions and factions; Spiders hopes that GreedFall 2 will be an unforgettable adventure for players.
From the point of view of the plot, GreedFall 2 will be a prequel: the events of the game take place three years before the first part. The main character will be a native of the mysterious island from the first game, who ended up on the continent.
