EVE Online’s 19th Anniversary celebration is coming to an end, and CCP Games is wrapping it up in a big way. The second Abyssal Range event, dedicated to Capsuleer Day, will bring a new challenge to the MMO – free combat. The event will last from May 20 to May 23.

As part of the Void Proving Grounds event, capsuleers will battle it out with an anniversary set of conditions, including a 19% increase in damage from turrets and missiles, an increase in ship speed, and more. At the heart of the action is the Sunesis ship (which makes sense – almost anyone can fly it, and CCP gave them away as part of the login campaign during the event), which players of all skill levels will be able to take part in.

To spice up the party even more, the arena itself will also feature explosive new features. Nexus objects will be scattered throughout the battle zone. Approach them and you will receive a 19% buff – or debuff – to your weapons and mobility.
