Exactly seven years after the marketing of the last Strigo adventure, CD Projekt celebrates this important anniversary by announcing the launch window (hopefully definitive) of the nextgen version of The Witcher 3 on PS5 and Xbox Series X / S.
The representatives of the Polish software house reappear on social networks to celebrate the seventh birthday of the role-playing masterpiece starring Geralt of Rivia and announce, in fact, the official marketing window of the new version of The Witcher 3 optimized for the latest generation platforms.
According to the guys from CD Projekt, the Strigo’s return to nextgen systems is scheduled for fourth quarter of 2022that is, in the time window that embraces the months of October, November and December.
As reiterated several times by the Polish developers themselves, the new version of The Witcher 3 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X / S will be free for those who already own the game, provided of course they remain on the same family of home systems (from PS4 to PlayStation 5 and from Xbox One to Series X / S).
