Neve Campbell has joined the cast of the Twisted Metal series. It is reported that the actress will play a cameo role of a character named Raven.
Prior to this, Neve Campbell starred in four films of the Scream franchise and the action movie Skyscraper starring Dwayne Johnson. It was revealed this week that Thomas Haden Church will play Twisted Metal’s antagonist, Stone’s cold and unyielding agent.
Cobra Kai writer Michael Jonathan Smith will serve as showrunner and executive producer. Twisted Metal was written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick (“Deadpool” and “Welcome to Zombieland”).
The Twisted Metal show, which will run for 30 minutes each, will be co-produced by Sony Pictures TV, PlayStation Productions and Universal Television. A premiere date for the Twisted Metal series has yet to be announced. The show will air on streaming service Peacock.
