Netflix’s teen hit Heartbeat has been renewed for a second and third season. This was announced by the creator of the show and the series of original comics Alice Osman.
Heartbeat tells the story of the withdrawn Charlie and the popular rugby player Nick, who go to the same school. Suddenly, they become friends, and soon Charlie falls head over heels in love with Nick, although he knows that he has practically no chance.
The series starred Keith Connor, Joe Locke, Yasmine Finney, Olivia Colman and others. The show was recognized as one of the most popular on Netflix and was included in the list of the ten most viewed projects in 54 countries.
The exact date of the premiere of the second and third seasons has not yet been announced.
