At the event scheduled for the 24th of May, Xiaomi will also present the new Redmi Buds 4 Pro headphones to the world.
With a design similar to the AirPods, they are equipped with the latest technology, as well as being much more affordable than Apple’s rivals.
Redmi Buds 4 Pro arrive with a price of 140 euros
Both the new Redmi Note 11T smartphone series and the Redmi Buds 4 Pro headphones will include Bluetooth 5.3
Next Tuesday, May 24, Xiaomi will hold a conference in China, in which it will reveal some of its most relevant equipment. For that day, the arrival of the Xiaomi 12 Ultra smartphones and the Redmi Note 11T Pro series, the Mi Band 7 bracelet, a new RedmiBook laptop and, apparently, the new Redmi Buds 4 Pro headphones are scheduled.
It will then be a relevant event for the brand and the market, as it is the starting point for several different and long-awaited launches. But let’s focus on the new Redmi Buds 4 Pro headphones.
According to the latest information, the new model will arrive equipped with the latest audio technology and for an approximate and very affordable price of 140 euros.
The design is quite similar to Apple’s AirPods headphones, something that Xiaomi and its Redmi sub-brand have already got us used to. But the cost is completely different. Remember that the 3rd generation AirPods have a cost of 199 euros and the AirPods Pro a price of 279 euros.
And that’s Xiaomi’s strategy, it approaches Apple in terms of design and specifications, but offers its products in a very different price segment from the Cupertino company.
Features of Redmi Buds 4 Pro
As for what we can expect from the new Redmi headphones, according to the brand we will have three new features. The first will be a new low latency and noise reduction technology that is already certified by the authorized organizations.
As a second feature, an updated hi-fi that will provide better sound quality that will give a “new sense of hearing”, clarifies the brand. As a third resource, there is the positioning in the market, due to the competitive price.
In the specifications themselves, the Redmi Buds 4 Pro will have support for Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and LC3 codec. Moreover, it is also expected that the brand will include active noise cancellation (TWS) technology in this new model.
