The “heroic” strategy Songs of Conquest flew out of dozens of “bullets”.
Over the course of several weeks, we saw almost no major changes in the weekly sales charts on Steam – everything was sluggish and absolutely not new. Things changed last week when the Heroes-inspired strategy Songs of Conquest triumphantly rose to the top spot. Now it’s a new week and a new leader in the face of the vampire action-“survivor” V Rising.
Strictly speaking, the situation is completely predictable: the fact that V Rising will be the leader became clear immediately after the developers reported five hundred thousand copies sold in three days. But the previous leader in the person of Songs of Conquest ended rather sadly: from the first place, the strategy immediately flew out of the top ten best-selling projects in a week. It is not surprising: the excitement around Songs of Conquest was not long-lasting at all.
In second place is the portable gaming PC Steam Deck, in third place is Arma Reforger, which was released this week, which the developers from Bohemia called a big step towards Arma 4. Elden Ring is still in the top ten.
