US Department of Labor definedwhat Activision Blizzard threatened its employees – the threats were illegal.

The company also reportedly applied a social media policy to employees that was in conflict with the right to collective action.

Activision Blizzard itself denies the allegations, calling them false. The company noted that all employees could and can calmly discuss work problems in the workplace without fear that they could be punished for this. The social media policy was also in line with the national Labor Relations Act (NLRA).

Recently, New York pension funds began to sue Activision Blizzard – all because of a deal with Microsoft to acquire the company.
