In March, LG introduced the UltraGear 48GQ900 48-inch OLED gaming monitor with HDMI 2.1 support. The manufacturer stated that it is fully compatible with the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5, and also supports Variable Refresh Rate technology up to 120 Hz. Now sales of the new monitor have started.
LG 48GQ900 is equipped with a 47.5-inch OLED-matrix with a resolution of 4K and the ability to overclock the frame rate up to 138 Hz. The contrast ratio is 1,350,000:1 and the Grey-to-Grey response time is 0.1ms. The monitor provides enhanced dark areas, virtual crosshairs and some other gaming options.
The LG 48GQ900 features a low reflective anti-glare coating, NVIDIA G-Sync technology, 20W stereo speakers and DTS Headphone:X surround sound technology.
So far, the monitor is only sold in China for about $2095.
