With PlayStation Plus Premium and Extra arriving in Asia in these hours, new details emerge on PS1 and PSP games, in particular we discover support for graphic filters and for online multiplayer, in addition, two previously unannounced games are added to the catalog.
How to report on ResetERA games would enjoy three different graphics filters called Defualt, Retro Classic (option that actually simulates the image rendering of a CRT panel) and Modern. There is also the function to rewind the moments of the game and further graphic options such as the 4: 3 or 16: 9 display mode, the possibility of playing in full screen or at the native resolution. Some PS1 games will have Trophies but it is unclear whether this feature will be extended to all titles or not.
Another discovery concerns the support for online multiplayer in Worms World Party as revealed by the game page on the Malaysian PlayStation Store, even in this case the support seems to be at the full discretion of the developers.
Finally, as always reported on ResetERA at launch there are two games not officially present in the list of PS1 and PSP games for PlayStation Plus, let’s talk about Ridge Racer 2 for PSP And Oddworld Abe’s Oddysee for the first PlayStation, both have support for filters, quick saves, rewind and generally an improved technical compartment.
