In fact, this is a cloud version of the main project.
The browser version of the popular online game EVE Online, which provides gamers with access to the main account and makes it possible to track all the necessary indicators, became available to everyone. Previously, we recall that EVE Anywhere (the so-called client adapted for browsers) was available only to owners of an Omega subscription.
Developed in partnership with Intel, the browser-based version of EVE Online allows players to access the popular space MMO through Edge, Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. The service is not free: for 24 stays in a game launched through a browser, you need to pay 30 PLEX (about $1.5). You also need to understand that EVE Anywhere is not available in all countries, and for it to work correctly, you need to have a stable connection with a speed of at least 25 Mbps. There are also certain restrictions on the availability of servers, but the developers are going to fix this problem in the future.

All the technical limitations of EVE Anywhere are very easily explained by the internal structure of this service – we are talking about a cloud version of the full-fledged EVE Online, so additional funds are required for its operation and maintenance.
