Ubisoft has announced that Update 15.1 for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 will be released on May 31st. In addition, the team has released the full details of the patch, which you can find below.
According to the changelog, patch 15.1 will fix an issue that caused players to get stuck on the 100% loading screen after exiting the Countdown mode. An issue where the layer would become invisible if the EMP Sticky Bomb was detonated while interacting with the stairs will also be fixed.

Weapons and equipment:
The new Exotics The Harsh Judgment, Blue Screen, and Catharsis Mask can no longer be obtained from Exotic Loot Chests and are no longer available in the general gear pool. Now, initially, they can only be obtained in the seasonal progress track, and only then they will appear in the general equipment pool. Fixed an issue where the “Chill Out” name mask was missing the Gila Guard brand name. Fixed a bug due to which the talent “Perfect Focus” did not work with the exotic SVD “Hard Sentence”. Players can no longer gain charges with the Blue Screen Exotic Machine Gun’s Freeze Ammo talent by shooting wild animals and dead NPCs.
Fixed an issue that caused players to get stuck at 100% loading screen after exiting countdown mode. Fixed a bug due to which enemy NPCs appeared in the reactor after the end of the battle. Fixed an issue that caused Hunters to appear as Black Tusk in the Inspect menu on the death screen.
The “Donate All Junk” button functionality has now been fixed and should give the same amount of materials regardless of the menu category. Enhancement levels are now displayed on SKILLS and SIGNATURE WEAPONs in the inventory, similar to equipment and weapons. “Class” is also now displayed in the “Expert Knowledge” menu. Fixed an issue where the upgrade animation would not display when upgrading a SKILL or SIGNATURE WEAPON in the Expert Knowledge menu.
Cosmetic item names no longer appear as numbers for some premium cosmetic rewards on the Non-English Season Track.
Fixed an issue where only the Season Pass owner would receive the Encryption Key (Fei Lau) after completing a Manhunt in a party. Players should no longer lose the encryption key (Fei Lau) when resuming their personal progress after completing a mission in a group. Fixed an issue with EMP drones in the Season Raid mission. Fixed issues where the Roundup update was not showing up in the menu on the Roundup tab after completing checkpoints. Fixed an issue with a server crash when the player enters the common area while playing voice over from an audio file. Fixed an issue that resulted in players not receiving a notification that the party leader could not initiate an elimination while party members were in the mission area and the party leader was at least 100 meters away. Fixed a bug due to which the main objective of the Roundup was not updated if the players were standing close to the area leading to the next part of the mission, when all enemies were destroyed. Fixed an issue where the team leader could see the ‘Activate Elimination’ option when a teammate was in a Roundup mission area.
Fixed an issue where the icon for the TKB-408 Assault Rifle was not centered on the Inventory tab.
Fixed an issue that caused an object to become invisible when detonating an EMP Stickybomb while interacting with a ladder.
