OPPO has introduced a series of designer smartphones Reno 8. In total, there are three versions in the same design, but with different characteristics: Reno 8, Reno 8 Pro and Reno 8 Pro +.
Oppo Reno 8
The basic version of OPPO Reno 8 received a 6.43″ AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and a Dimensity 1300 chipset. There is a camera with three modules at the back: a 50 MP base, 2 MP macro and 2 MP black and white.
Oppo Reno 8 Pro
The next version of Reno 8 Pro received a 6.62″ Samsung-made AMOLED screen with minimal bezels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The smartphone was the first in the world to receive the new Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset paired with MariSilicon X. The main camera is almost the same as the basic version: 50 MP, 8 MP wide-angle and 2 MP.
OPPO Reno 8 Plus
Reno 8 Pro + became the flagship model. It has more advanced features and very thin display bezels. It is based on the Dimensity 8100-MAX chipset paired with the MariSilicon X image processor. The display is a 6.7″ AMOLED panel from BOE and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. In the middle there is a cutout for the 32 MP front camera with autofocus. The main camera completely repeats the one in Reno 8 Pro.
Otherwise, all three smartphones are equipped with 8/12 GB of RAM, a 4500 mAh battery with 80 W support, an under-display fingerprint scanner and an NFC module. There is no protection against water and dust.
In China, the Reno 8 and Reno 8 Pro+ smartphones will appear from June 1, and the Reno 8 Pro will appear on June 11. The price starts from 2499 yuan and ends at 3999 yuan.
