Sony confirmed that i PS3 games which will be part of the new subscription PlayStation Plus they will not support i DLC. Therefore users will not be able to use them by playing through the service. Considering that many of the PS3 games included in the initial list have DLCs, often major ones too, that’s a real shame.
Asura’s Wrath will not have DLC on PlayStation Plus
For example Asura’s Wrath has several DLCs that end the story, which is otherwise incomplete. Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 has four DLCs, very important from a narrative point of view, plus others just cosmetics. Crash Commando has a must-have DLC to unlock all Trophies. Enslaved: Odyssey to the West has a single player DLC called Pigsy’s Perfect. Lost Planet 2 has several map packs, plus several content DLCs. MotorStorm Apocalypse and MotorStorm RC both have DLCs that add new cars, new tracks and other content. Resistance 3 has the Brutality Pack which adds survival mode and other content. Tokyo Jungle has several DLCs that add playable animals and various costumes.
None of these DLCs will be accessible with the PlayStation Plus Premium membership. Hopefully Sony resolve the situation soon, because thus some titles are inevitably castrated.
