We previously reported that the mobile JRPG Tales of Luminaria will close soon, but as it turns out, this will not affect the 3D anime series in any way. The official Twitter account of the game announced that the end of support for the game will not affect the availability of the series, and therefore everyone will be able to watch it on the streaming services where it was originally released.
The series was produced by Kamikaze Douga, who previously made the opening and short cutscenes for the now-defunct Tales of Crestoria. Chances are that this studio’s adaptations are cursed.
The game Tales of Luminaria will not have a full-fledged conclusion, but the story is promised to end with a special final episode of the series. The premiere date has not yet been announced. The game itself will close on July 20 this year.
