Bright Memory: Infinite takes the best of the first-person shooter and action game genres and brings them together to create a great action-packed rollercoaster ride. Today at the Future Games Show, hyper-speed gameplay was shown in action in a brand new trailer.
In the game, you play the role of Sheila, a member of the Supernatural Science Research Organization. She will face wormholes, ancient samurai and time travel, and the fights are comparable to “Devil May Cry” in the first person.
“The gameplay of Bright Memory: Infinite is a kind of FPS game where you can go through at high speed and perform flashy combos and the like,” said developer Zeng Xiancheng.
Bright Memory: Infinite is out on PC in 2021, but console players will soon be able to join in on the fun. It will be released on Xbox Series X and S, PS5 and Nintendo Switch.
Consoles are said to support a high frame rate mode of up to 120fps, while the DXR version has a Raytracing Reflection mode of 60 FPS. The PS5 version adds adaptive triggers, the Xbox versions have brand new in-game character skins, and on the Switch you get gyroscope controls and also adds TAA multi-sampling anti-aliasing.
