June’s Games to Be kicked off on Monday, and according to the company, you’ll be able to check out hundreds of free demos throughout the week.
There are really a lot of demo versions – as if there are not a ton of games that you can play right now. But thankfully, Valve has a few tools to help you figure out what’s available. On the festival page, you can view pages of various genres, and the company highlights popular upcoming games, most desired upcoming games, and games ranked by the number of daily active players in the demo.
In addition, Valve will be hosting livestreams of developer talks – see the full schedule here – and will offer a special profile badge during the event, which runs until June 20th.
As part of this festival, Steam users will be able to get a profile icon, the level of which will depend on the number of demos you download
