“The inspection found that the specified Internet page contains materials aimed at creating motivation among minors for destructive unlawful behavior, including the use of violence against others,” the materials of the Kirovsky District Court say.
The meeting was held on the suit of the prosecutor to ban the anime series called “Hell Girl”.
The court declared the anime illegal, as the series motivates children and teenagers to violence, instills false values and contains pornographic scenes. According to the court, the series can seriously affect the psyche of adolescents and harm them.
