Jonsbo has announced a very unusual case for a gaming desktop computer: a novelty, dubbed MOD-3 Mini, has an open design.
The solution stands out for its original design: the body is made in an aggressive futuristic style, which evokes associations with spaceships and aliens. The left and right side walls are made of tempered glass 4 mm thick, the frame is made of aluminum. Multi-color front illumination is provided.
The novelty is designed to build compact systems based on Mini-ITX and Micro-ATX motherboards. Four slots for expansion cards are available; the length of the graphics accelerator can reach 360 mm. The limitation on the length of the power supply is 165 mm.
The dimensions of the novelty are 251 × 569 × 535 mm. Two drives can be installed – one device each in 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch format. The interface box on the side contains one USB Type-C port and one USB 3.0 port each.
In the case of air cooling, two 120/140 mm fans on the top and two 120 mm fans on the front can be used. For the liquid circuit, it is possible to use a radiator with a format up to 360 mm. CPU cooler height – up to 165 mm.
