Is the semiconductor crisis about to end? Perhaps not entirely but the situation seems destined to improve even on the PlayStation 5 front, at least according to a report published in these hours by the Asian magazine DigiTimes.
According to the report, factories in Asia are seeing an increase in the production of hi-tech devices such as video cards, smartphones and of course consoles. including PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series Xindicatively, a greater number of stocks are expected for the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023, in order to satisfy the demand during the Christmas holidays and the first months of the new year.
Sony for its part has promised a greater number of PS5 stocks for the second half of 2022 and therefore it seems that there is a way to achieve this goal. Meanwhile, PlayStation appears to be preparing to launch new hardware products, including the DualSense PRO controller, two gaming monitors optimized for PlayStation 5 and three low, mid and premium wireless headphones. According to the insiders, the announcement should take place during a State of Play set for the month of June, during which we will also discover the release date of God of War Ragnarok, still shrouded in mystery.
