Are you a PlayStation Plus Essentials subscriber and did the arrival of the new Extra and Premium plans in Italy intrigue you? Of course, you can upgrade your PlayStation Plus subscription, but how much the new PS Plus membership profiles cost in Italy on PS4, PC and PS5?
How much does it cost to subscribe to PlayStation Plus Essentials, Extra and Premium? Here are the updated prices for Italy, valid from 23 June 2022:
- PlayStation Plus Essentials € 8.99 per month, € 24.99 every three months or € 59.99 per year
- PlayStation Plus Extra 39.99 euros each quarter, 99.99 euros per year or 13.99 euros per month
- PlayStation Plus Premium 49.99 euros per quarter, 119.99 euros per year or 16.99 per month
Unfortunately there are no discounts and offers for PlayStation Plus and indeed in the event of an upgrade, a price difference will be chargedas confirmed by Sony:
“To upgrade your PlayStation Plus Extra or Premium membership plan, you just need to purchase a membership of that level. You will be charged an installment fee to bring your payments to the level of your new plan for the remainder of your paid subscription.“
How to understand how much the difference is? It’s very simple, just go to the PlayStation Plus site and log in with your account, the system will automatically calculate the cost including the difference due to switch to the new profile.
