There are two renders of the upcoming GeForce GTX 1630 by Colorful, as it turned out, a BattleAx model is planned, which represents the entry-level segment. The card is equipped with a cooling system with two fans and one heatsink that occupies the entire length of the card.
Even though this model is not factory overclocked, it does come with an additional 6-pin power connector. In addition, it is a fully collapsible design with three display connectors: DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort. Surprisingly, in 2022 there are still cards released with DVI ports.
The GTX 1630 BattleAx graphics card features a TU117 GPU with 512 CUDA cores and four GB of GDDR6 memory. Unlike the GTX 1650, this model has a reduced bus width to 64-bit, severely limiting its bandwidth and performance at higher resolutions.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1630 should replace the rather popular GTX 1050 Ti based on the Pascal architecture. According to previous rumors, the GTX 1630 should be released on June 28th.
