The author of the popular YouTube channel Digital Dreams once again decided to pamper fans of The Witcher 3 role-playing game with a new video of a deeply modified version.
He ran the game on a PC with an AMD Ryzen 9 3900X processor, 32GB Corsair Vengeance RAM, an ASUS Prime x470-Pro motherboard, and an ASUS GeForce RTX 3090 TUF Gaming graphics card with 24GB GDDR6X VRAM.
The Witcher 3 looks amazing in crazy 8K with over a hundred mods. Almost photorealism, only in the fantasy Middle Ages. The Beyond all Limits RAYTRACING SSRTGI preset was used, which adds ray tracing effects and greatly improves lighting.
In addition, the youtuber installed the LIMA LM, Blitz FX mods and removed the trees with the No Tree’s mod. It is likely that with trees in 8K the game would simply not start.
It is possible that the next part of The Witcher, which is already in development, may look something like this. But no release date has been set yet.
