The Callisto Protocol was one of the games that sparked the most interest during the week of the Summer Game Fest thanks to a rather convincing gameplay trailer. In the last few days, the developers of Striking Distance Studios have unveiled new details, including the number of types of enemies that we will face.
In an interview with Game Informer, game director and studio head Glen Schofield revealed that The Callisto Protocol will feature 10-11 different types of enemies, each characterized by different weaknesses and behavioral routines. However, it is not clear whether we are talking about “macro-types”, which are in turn divided into several variants with more or less marked differences.

In the same interview, when asked if there will be gods in The Callisto Protocol fighting in spaceSchofield explained that there will be sections outside the Black Iron prison, but not in space.
The Callisto Protocol will be available from 2 December for PS5, Xbox Series X | S, PS4, Xbox One and PC. Recently the developers have also explained that the game will be more focused on survival horror elements than on action ones.
