Team Empire will miss world championship Apex Legends due to problems with visas in the United States – this was told by a member of the composition Kirill Rulin (Ranches).
Three representatives of the Russian team were denied visas, and they spent about 10 thousand dollars on registration. At the same time, the event itself, called Apex Legends Global Series: 2022 Championship will be held in the States from July 7 to 10.
40 teams take part in the competition, and the total prize fund is $2 million. Who will play instead of Team Empire is still unclear.
By the way, until recently the authors of Apex Legends from Respawn Entertainment toldthat they plan to continue to fight cheaters in a shooter. For this, a system will be used that detects representatives with a low rank in the lobby of high-level players.
