A new update is coming for the real-time strategy game Crossfire: Legion, and with it comes some profound innovations – one of which is sure to please fans.
Crossfire: Legion, the real-time strategy game currently playable in Early Access, announces the latest add-on content that includes some exciting new features. One of them is directly based on the criticism of the players – namely the in-game store will be completely removed. Based on player feedback, both the shop and the unit unlock system will be scrapped with the upcoming update.
All current and future units will always be immediately available to all players. Operations will be removed as a result of the above actions and replaced with a new progression system at a later date. Accordingly, there is no longer a need to unlock game-related content.
Furthermore, the campaign goes into the second act with four new missions and a new game mode with Battlelines. Battlelines allows for 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 matches where the focus is on army composition rather than unit micromanagement. With “Badlands” a new map comes into play that leads you into jungle terrain.
Apart from that, various other overhauls are also coming based on players’ desires like hotkey mapping and many more.
