CTL has expanded its Chromebook PX14 family of portable computers running the Chrome OS operating system with a new model built on the Intel Jasper Lake hardware platform.

Notebook PX14EXT (code CBUS140005) is equipped with a 14-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels. Support for touch control is implemented, and a webcam is located on the frame above the screen.

A Celeron N5100 processor with four cores without multithreading support and an Intel UHD graphics accelerator is installed. The base clock frequency is 1.1 GHz, the maximum frequency in turbo mode is 2.8 GHz. The chip functions in tandem with 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM.

The equipment of the novelty includes Wi-Fi 6 (Intel Wireless-AX MAC) and Bluetooth 5.0 wireless adapters, a 64 GB eMMC flash drive, and 2 W stereo speakers each. There are two USB Type-C 3.1 Gen1 ports, one USB 3.1 Type-A connector, a standard 3.5 mm audio jack. Dimensions are 327.66 × 228.60 × 18.80 mm, weight – 1.65 kg.
Chromebook is suitable for solving educational problems and working with office applications. Estimated price is $400.
