Today Aquaplus and Shiravune released a new trailer for the upcoming JRPG Monochrome Mobius: Rights and Wrongs Forgotten. In addition to the trailer, you can take a look at another 12 minutes of gameplay from the recent broadcast.
We’ll see a turn-based combat system that JRPG fans will surely be familiar with.
In addition, the trailer shows fragments of the story told through cut-scenes.
Enemies are visible on the map while exploring and you can run into them to start battles. Whether you strike first or last depends on how you make contact.
If you keep hitting enemies, you can stun them and push them back in attack order, represented by a stylish series of rings in the top left corner of the screen. Various abilities, such as zeal and others, can affect rings. Moving along the inner ring speeds up your attack order.
We’ll also take a look at Hala, the game’s cute mascot who can also fight by your side.
Gameplay – from 31:27 to 35:50 and from 38:13 to 46:17.
Monochrome Mobius: Right and Wrongs Forgotten will release on September 8 on PS5, PS4 and PC via Steam. At this point, it’s actually unknown if the English version will come to PS5 and PS4, but the PC version has been confirmed by Shiravune.
