Developers of a cooperative pixel sandbox Core Keeper once again boasted of success. This time the sales of the game exceeded one million copies. Pugstorm managed to achieve this result in a little less than four months.
We are pleased to announce that shortly after the release of The Sunken Sea Update – our first major content update – Core Keeper reached the million-copy mark. This is a milestone for both us developers and our publisher, Fireshine Games. Previously Core Keeper became Fireshine Games’ fastest-selling digital game, selling 100,000 copies within the first two days of its early access release.
We are overwhelmed by the fantastic community response to Core Keeper and we are very pleased that we were able to achieve this milestone at such an early stage in the development of the game. Early Access has given us a unique opportunity to involve the community in major decisions about the game and collaborate with them on improvements and optimizations.
That is why we want to express our gratitude to our amazing community now that we have reached this milestone. We wouldn’t be where we are now without your support, enthusiasm and feedback!
AT Core Keeper you have to explore underground caves. To do this, you will have to build a base, craft equipment, grow and cook food and, of course, fight monsters. All this can be done both alone and in the company of up to 8 players.
AT Steam at Core Keeper almost 11 thousand reviews, 89% of which are positive.
