The money raised will go to Doctors Without Borders.
For many years now, marathons of high-speed passing games have been held in the USA – Awesome Games Done Quick (AGDQ) and Summer Games Done Quick (SGDQ). The purpose of these marathons is simple: to entertain the audience, along the way, collecting money for the needs of charity. This year, the summer part of the marathon was held from June 26 to July 3, and today its organizers shared the main statistic: in a week they managed to raise three million dollars.
All proceeds will, of course, go to charity; in this case, Médecins Sans Frontières, an organization dedicated to providing emergency medical care to all those affected by hostilities, famines, cataclysms and other disasters.

This year, SGDQ managed to raise about $100,000 more than a year earlier. In other words, most people are not up to conflicts and problems far beyond their homeland. Which, in general, is quite natural, although some will try to attribute some kind of immorality to this phenomenon.
