Environment artist Nikyas Adam from the small town of Konstanz in Germany partially touched on the adaptation of the key image of STALKER 2. Inspired by one of the first concept art of the game, he created a believable location based on Unreal Engine 5. Many details are missing, but the implementation turned out to be so believable that it can be confused with a shooter screenshot.
Comparison:
The artist decided to abandon the original concept art and focus on realistic terrain. For the sake of realism, some objects have become more mundane, but the vegetation looks amazing.
Nikyas Adam is working on game scenes as his hobby. On his page you can find many interesting works that are related to other games and personal projects. Apparently, he prefers post-apocalyptic motifs, where nature has taken precedence over human activity.
STALKER 2 is scheduled to release in 2023 for PC and Xbox Series X|S.
