It’s been a year now that Red Dead Online it does not receive unpublished content: to be exact from 13 July 2021, this is the time that has passed since the last update Blood Money. Since then, fans have repeatedly complained about the lack of support for the online component of Red Dead Redemption IIand it appears that the situation will not change anytime soon.
Take-Two will continue to keep the Red Dead Online servers active, but other than that all is silent on the development of unreleased activities. A situation for which Red Dead Online players have been feeling cheated for months already, and it seems that they are no longer willing to wait any longer for news that may never arrive. Precisely for this reason the game community is preparing an event aimed at “celebrating” the Red Dead Online funeral.
The chosen date is not at all random, given that the players are making an appointment within the title for the July 13, 2022, the precise anniversary of the publication of the latest content. The purpose of the event would be to give the final farewell to Red Dead Online and look forward, putting the soul at peace in the face of the strategies of Rockstar Gameswhich on the contrary has concentrated all its efforts on the much more popular one GTA Online.
The hope, however, is that this user move can also act as a final attempt to convince Rockstar to restore attention to the abandoned game, revitalizing it at the last moment. Will they succeed? In the meantime, prepare your best dark suit: the appointment is for Wednesday 13 July on Red Dead Online.
