Surprisingly Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza Kiwami 2 are back available today in the catalog of Xbox Game Pass for console and PC.
The editorial staff of XboxEra noted that the three games would be back in the Microsoft service catalog during the course of the day today. After a check we can confirm that already now they are available for download for Xbox Game Pass subscribers on consoles and PCs.
Yakuza 0
Chronologically speaking, Yakuza 0, Kiwami and Kiwami 2 represent the first three chapters of the famous Sega series. Yakuza 0 was released in March 2015 and tells a prequel story set in the late 1980s in which we will play the role of Kazuma Kiryu and Goro Majima. In the game, some unpublished details of the background of the two characters are revealed, in particular of Majima, who at the time was by no means the wild madman that fans know.
Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza Kiwami 2 were released in Europe respectively in August 2017 and 2018. They are the remakes of the first two chapters of the series made using the Dragon Engine, also used for the following chapters and for Judgment and Lost Judgment.
