Altered Carbon actress Hannah Rose May tweeted that an unidentified person planted an AirTag on her and followed her to California Disneyland.
Mei received a notification from the Find My iPhone app and realized that an unknown AirTag had been tracking her to “The Happiest Place on Earth” for two hours.
Thanks to the innovations of iOS 15, the girl was able to turn off the tracker before leaving Disneyland.
Unfortunately, Mei never said whether she found a physical AirTag tracker or if the Locator triggered a “phantom tag” that happened to be nearby.
