Mark James from Striking Distance Studios spoke with colleagues from TrueTrophies and spoke about plans to support the upcoming horror The Callisto Protocol. James said that the studio has already made a plan to support the game for four years ahead, and also confirmed intentions to release add-ons for the game. He clarified that the game world in the original is specially made so that it can be further expanded, and here those same DLCs will come to the rescue.
We weren’t given any further details about the expansions, but he said that “expanding the world” also means adding new modes that could very well be inspired by other horror games.
Recall that the release of The Callisto Protocol on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S and personal computers will take place on December 2 this year.
