Unsurprisingly, the new generation iPhone 14 has been confirmed to distinguish the Pro models from the non-Pro models in the spec list.
Now, revealed benchmarks of the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro terminals accentuate the differences between the two new Apple smartphones.
iPhone 14 Pro distances itself in multi-core tests
Today’s Apple A16 score, the multi-core is crazy, Qualcomm watched it, walked into the bathroom silently, lay on the toilet, and cried like a child 👶🏻. pic.twitter.com/Bw40SCo3jH

iPhone 14 and 14 Pro are different on the spec list and, as is now being revealed, they also record different scores in benchmark tests. The information comes through the IceUniverse leaker who has just shared, on the social network Twitter, the scores obtained by the two models.
According to the well-known leaker, the iPhone 14 Pro was superior by about 10% in the single-core tests compared to its iPhone 14 counterpart. But in the multi-core tests, the Pro model differs significantly: while the iPhone 14 scored out of 4664, the Pro model scored 5455 points.
According to market experts, this difference is due to the optimization of the software and not so much to the integration of the new A16 Bionic processor. Apple itself assumed that the main improvements of the new chip were related to energy efficiency and image processing, rather than performance.
Dynamic Island is not something completely new
One of the novelties of the Pro models of the iPhone 14 was the new cutout now called Dynamic Island that the user can customize to display some information, such as text messages, incoming calls, notifications, among others.
The new feature has been enthusiastically received by iOS users, but according to the Mydrivers website it’s not something entirely new. All because, in 2018 the Honor V20 smartphone presented a very similar feature.
The Honor model had a solution known as a “capsule”, located in the upper left corner, which reminded the user to look at the camera when taking a selfie.
The new Dynamic Island is much more sophisticated and complete, but we can say that the Honor capsule was a kind of “great-grandmother” for Apple’s new functionality.
