As was confirmed a few weeks ago, the final story DLC for the action role-playing game “Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla” is currently being worked on. In the course of “Ubisoft Forward 2022” it was announced that the last chapter will be published under the name “The Last Chapter” and will be released in 2022.
As part of yesterday’s “Ubisoft Forward 2022” event, those responsible at Ubisoft presented several new “Assassin’s Creed” projects.
In addition, the company revisited the action role-playing game “Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla”, which was released in November 2020 and has been regularly supported with updates and new content since its launch. After Ubisoft pointed out a few weeks ago that the last story chapter of the title is currently being worked on, this was officially announced yesterday evening.
As announced, the final chapter will be called “The Last Chapter” and will be released in 2022. Unfortunately, no specific date was given.
The last questions of the community should be answered
The completion of support for Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla comes in the form of a free quest arc, which the developers aim to use to complete the story by tying together loose ends for various characters, storylines, and more. At the same time, various open questions from the players should be answered.
From next year, Ubsioft’s focus will be on the recently announced “Assassin’s Creed: Mirage”, which will distance itself from the extensive open-world role-playing games of recent years and orient itself more towards the origins of the franchise.
