Electronic Arts released another video for “Skate” last weekend. This allows you to take a look at game scenes from the last playtest of the skating simulation.
For quite a while now, the developers of the newly founded studio Full Circle have been working on the return of the popular skating simulation “Skate”.
The new “Skate” will be released in the form of a Free2Play title for the consoles and the PC and is shown in a freshly published gameplay video. According to official information, this provides you with fresh impressions from the current playtest. During the playtest, select players will have the opportunity to try an early build of Skate and provide valuable feedback to the creators of Full Circle.
Pay2Win elements are consistently avoided
Even if “Skate” is a Free2Play title that is supposed to be financed through microtransactions, the developers at Full Circle will, according to their own statements, “completely do without Pay2Win elements”. The microtransactions should focus primarily on cosmetic content and extras.
“With such a model, we are able to keep the community together between the players who choose to spend and those who don’t. And that means those social connections, those friendships that are made in-game, can thrive without dividing our audience,” commented Dan McCullo, Full Circle’s CEO, of the developers’ plans.
