Square Enix has announced the release date of Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion with a new trailer. The role-playing game remaster will be released on December 13, 2022 for Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 | 5, Nintendo Switch and PC.
The title features fully remastered HD graphics, a newly arranged soundtrack, and an updated combat system.
The story begins seven years before the events of Final Fantasy VII and follows Zack Fair, a young Shinra SOLDIER. During the adventure, he learns about the terrible experiments that Shinra is secretly conducting and the monsters that created them.
In the Microsoft Store, the game can already be purchased in the Standard Edition for the price of 59,99 Euro be pre-ordered. As a bonus, pre-orderers will receive the Soldier Materia Set, which allows players to perform three Materia attacks early on.
