After the Nintendo Direct show, the authors of Bayonetta 3 released an additional trailer, which showed the fresh moves of the extravagant witch. We also dismantled the gameplay for Viola, the new heroine of the triquel.
Bayonetta still deals with opponents with pistols, but does not hesitate to engage in close combat. Stuffing combinations and summoning demons, the heroine gracefully sends enemies to the next world. If you dodge an attack at the last moment, the Witching Hour is activated, a time-slowing ability that will allow you to deal massive damage.
In the third part of the series, Bayonetta mastered her skills even better: the player will be able to control the summoned creatures, as well as easily change the appearance of Bayonetta. In the form of a demon, the witch gains new abilities that will be useful both in combat and when exploring the world.
Meanwhile, Viola fights with a sword and throwing blades. Her “Witching Hour” is triggered when the girl blocks a punch at the right moment. She can summon a demon called Cheshire, which is associated with her weapons. However, when a comrade is on the battlefield, Viola fights with her bare hands.
In addition, accessories are available in Bayonetta 3 to facilitate the gameplay. For example, the “Immortal Puppet” will allow you to fill different combinations using only one button. However, the use of such lotions will affect the final score for the mission.
Bayonetta 3 will release on October 28 exclusively on Switch. During the Nintendo Direct, another trailer for the game was shown. Also, the triquel will be equipped with the “Naive Angel” mode, in which Bayonetta does not undress.
