In Japan, the Tokyo Games Show continues, and the developers delight us with new videos on games. Among them there are both short trailers and full-fledged gameplay demonstrations.
Famitsu recorded 13 minutes of Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII- Reunion. The video includes cut-scenes and battles with enemies.
Square Enix has released another trailer for Forspoken. The Japanese video combines gameplay footage and staged scenes.

As noted at ResetEra, Capcom’s game seems to be mocking Dino Crisis fans. One of the heroines of the action is very similar to Regina from the forgotten series of games about dinosaurs, and her name is Majesty – “your majesty”. So Regina is translated from Latin as “queen”. One can only guess: is this a reference or is it really a mockery.
The developers of fantasy soulslick about Ancient China Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty have released a short video interview interspersed with gameplay footage.
Also at the show, the authors of Guilty Gear: Strive and BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle announced that these games will soon appear in the Game Pass catalog.

At the exhibition, Japanese developers also held a national video game award. “Game of the Year” took Elden Ring, and among those awarded for outstanding quality was Horizon Forbidden West, created in the West.
