The Honor brand has announced the MagicBook V 14 2022 portable computer based on the Intel Alder Lake hardware platform. The laptop, now available for pre-order, is running Windows 11 Home.
The novelty received a 14.2-inch 2.5K display with a resolution of 2520 × 1680 pixels, 100 percent coverage of the sRGB color space, a brightness of 400 cd / m2 and a contrast ratio of 1500: 1. Implemented support for touch control. Low Blue Light and Flicker-Free technologies are responsible for reducing eye fatigue.
A Core i5-12500H processor with twelve cores is involved – four productive and eight energy efficient. The maximum clock frequency is 4.5 GHz. The chip includes an Intel Iris Xe graphics accelerator.
Honor MagicBook V 14 2022 comes with 16GB LPDDR5-4800 RAM, 512GB SSD, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax (2.4, 5 and 6GHz) and Bluetooth 5.2, a fingerprint scanner and a four-speaker audio system. There is an NFC controller, two USB Type-C ports, an HDMI 2.0b interface and a standard 3.5 mm audio jack.
Notebook dimensions are 310.28 × 226.6 × 16.95 mm, weight – 1.48 kg. Claimed battery life on a single battery charge up to 14 hours. The price is about $860.
