Following Apple’s tradition, one more event is missing for the American technology company to “close” 2022. I’m talking about the traditional October event where the new iPad Pro and new Macs are usually presented.
This year will be no different, with several sources taking for granted the presentation of Apple’s next top tablets next month. For those who still doubted this, we have another strong indication of this scenario.
Logitech got it wrong and released the next two iPad Pro models
The unusual “confirmation” happened through the official Crayon Digital Pencil page, where all the equipment compatible with this Logitech accessory were listed. The surprise came in the presence of the 6th generation 12.9-inch iPad Pro and the 4th-generation 11-inch model.
The most staunch Apple fans will certainly have noticed that these models have not yet been officially presented. Indeed, now, more than ever, these are expected to be stars of the next Apple event to be held in October.
Logitech went further and wrote on these models “coming soon”. In other words, they emphasize that these models have not yet been officially unveiled, but that it will not take long to change this paradigm.
It should be noted that the Crayon Digital Pencil is the only third-party digital pen to offer the same functionality as the Apple Pencil. To that end, Apple and Logitech will certainly work closely together to provide that equity.
This means Logitech will have early knowledge of Apple’s plans for the future of the iPad Pro lineup. Therefore, it is one of the most credible sources to reveal in advance the launch of new products from this line of tablets.
The mistake in listing these models was quickly noticed by the immediate removal of them from the page in question. If you go now to the official page of Crayon Digital Pencil you will no longer find any mention of the models in question.
Unfortunately, we currently don’t have any additional data to reveal about Apple’s new iPad Pro. Such details will certainly be revealed over the next few weeks.
