A new DualSense firmware update is reportedly causing stick drift issues for some players.
One such user claims that his gamepad worked properly all the time and never had any problems until he updated it to version 0307, after which the left analog stick began to drift. He tried resetting the controller, removing the connection, and reconnecting, but to no avail.
Another victim claims that he was playing when he decided to update his DualSense, but after installing the update, the controller began to drift in the upper left direction and sometimes in the downward direction. He acknowledged that there is a small possibility that this could be due to stick wear, but considers it more likely that the problem was caused by a firmware update.
At the same time, some write in the comments that they also updated their DualSense to version 0307, but they did not have any problems. In any case, for now, it will probably be better to stay on the previous firmware version.
