Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation released a list of tips for those employees of IT companies who have received a subpoena, but are entitled to a deferral. Such “IT people” need to collect a package of documents and appear at the military registration and enlistment office.
So, according to the recommendation, you need to take with you:
Original employment contract with the employer or a certified copy; Diploma of higher education in the specialty; An extract from the register of state accreditation of an IT company, certified by the general director of the company or a person authorized by him; Certificate of employment signed by the CEO or a person authorized by him stating that the employee is “involved in the development, development, implementation, maintenance and operation of IT solutions or in ensuring the functioning of the information infrastructure”; The original confirmation of the Ministry of Digital Development that the organization is a backbone in the field of information and communications. If an IT specialist was denied a deferment from partial mobilization, then he must collect the above documents and send them to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of the Russian Federation. Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation stated that “IT specialists” from a number of companies would not be mobilized. At the same time, many IT companies have asked the Russian Ministry of Digital Development to give their employees a deferment from mobilization for the duration of their work.
