If the name hasn’t already made it clear enough, it becomes clear at the latest after pressing the start button: Here someone has the arcade oldie without shame Bomb Jack (Tehkan, 1984) cloned.
Just like there, you steer a superman through screen-sized levels and collect bombs without coming into contact with opponents – you proceed in the order of the burning fuses, point bonuses beckon and a few extras also buzz through the air. Back then, that was enough for a moderately entertaining pastime and that also makes the copy acceptable: Your character scurries and floats around a bit hectically and instead of pixel scenarios there are now moderately respectable polygon scenarios in the background – you can play it, but you don’t really have to. And if it is, is Super Jagger Bomb actually the cheaper alternative to the original also available in the Arcade Archives series.
