Relic Entertainment and Microsoft have revealed all the details regarding Age of Empires 4: Anniversary Editiona celebratory version for the RTS series born a quarter of a century ago.
Through the official pages of the series, Relic has provided an extensive preview of everything that can be expected from the Season Three: Anniversary Update including new civilizations, challenges, goals, features, and more. Whether you’re interested in perfecting new strategies with the Malians and Ottomans, developing your skill set with Art of War challenges, competing in 1-on-1 Ranked solo or with friends in the all-new Team Leaderboard, or earning a variety of themed rewards, this update promises something for every style of play.

Two new civilizations, the Ottomans and the Malians, along with corresponding Art of War challenges, mastery and objectives; The start of the third ranked season, the introduction of the team leaderboard and new rewards; Use Taunts against your opponents and spice up your games with Cheats; Eight new maps and two new biomes; Naval Balance Rework offers new opportunities to naval matches; Waypoint markers to set unit routes.
