Highlight of each Home Theater
TudoCelular has been preparing several guides to help you choose your next cell phone to buy, as well as other interesting electronics. And of course we couldn’t forget about Home Theaters, which are important for those who want to boost the sound experience when watching movies or playing games.
Some people may end up confusing this type of product with soundbars, which are nothing more than more compact Home Theaters with fewer boxes. In this way, we decided to separate the two types into different tabs. This one will be aimed at those looking for the most immersive option in audio.

We will only list Home Theater options that can be found in the national market via trusted stores. Keep in mind that offers below may appear through the marketplace, as not everyone likes to buy from third parties — but they are usually the best prices.
The products are arranged in order of price, which may change over time due to the constant variation of offers.
Philco PHT690
If you’re looking for an affordable Home Theater and want a simple model that just helps boost your TV’s sound, then you can enjoy Philco’s PHT690. It has 480W of power distributed in 5.1 channels. It has a CD/DVD player and karaoke function, which can be a nice extra.
It offers ripping function, which rips CD-DA files from CD to USB, converting to MP3. There is coaxial audio output which provides better sound fidelity. It has auxiliary stereo audio input that allows you to play music directly from the MP3/MP4 Player.
LG LHD625
Looking for a simpler Home Theater just to boost the TV sound experience and have a DVD player with some extra features? Then LG’s LHD625 model may please you. It is aimed at the public that has Full HD TV. The DVD player is capable of playing discs with that resolution and even upscaling to lower resolutions to avoid aliasing and blurring on your TV.
It has the USB Direct Recording feature, which allows you to copy the contents of a CD to a storage drive, it is an interesting option to convert your old CDs to MP3. Like any good 5.1 system, you’ll have five speakers with a maximum power of 167W RMS, plus a subwoofer to boost the bass. If you also have an LG TV, you can use the TV’s own remote control to control the volume of the Home Theater.
LG LHB645N
The LHB645N model seeks to deliver a great set for the price with quality and great sound. LG promises up to 1,000W of RMS power with this product. Although manufacturers always round up this value to have greater commercial appeal, the LHB645N is capable of delivering powerful and immersive sound with its various speakers — two of which are tower-shaped, so that the sound comes at your ear height.
The best part is that the speakers can be connected to LG TVs via Bluetooth. For this, you need to have a compatible model released from 2016 onwards. The technology can also be used for you to connect your smartphone to the equipment and listen to your music with better sound quality. The receiver works, at most, with Full HD resolution. The LHB645N has a “Private Sound Mode” that sends home theater audio to your mobile device, allowing you to have a more immersive experience.
LG LHB655
Need a lot of power? How about LG’s LHB655NW model? It brings 1,000W that are distributed between the four speakers in tower format and the front dedicated for dialogues. LG’s Sound Sync technology is present in this model to eliminate as much wires as possible when connecting your Home Theater to the TV.
There is Private Sound mode which allows only you to listen to sound through a cell phone with headphones. So you won’t disturb other people while watching TV. You can also use the AV Remote App to use your phone as a home theater remote control.
Onkyo HT-S3910
Onkyo’s HT-S3910 Home Theater promises to turn your TV sound into an exhilarating sound sensation with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X playback via 3.1.2 channels. Soundtracks are remapped to localize sound and add height dimensionality, or enjoy 3D immersion without rear speakers.
Unlike the others listed that have more traditional 5.1 audio, this model from Onkyo brings a mix of soundbar with Home Theater, but offering a powerful receiver with four HDMI inputs and an ARC output with 4K support. There are 80W of power per channel and the subwoofer enters up to 155W of power for intense bass.
